until the app was force-stopped; blackout exit now restores MainActivity in the same task without restart loops. - `DeviceMonitor` broadcast handling could ANR on slow devices; heavy work now runs off the main thread. - `PrivacyEnforcer` spammed logcat on Device Owner builds when Wi‑Fi scanning policy could not be applied; the denial is logged once, then skipped. ### Changed - PIN-abort grace keeps a black base layer with the cancel overlay on top; panic alarm stops after ~2 seconds during the grace window. - Incorrect Attempts on Device Owner automatically enables Force PIN on lockscreen while armed (and reverts when disarmed if Burn turned it on). Bio Burn and Incorrect Attempts are mutually exclusive. - Force PIN toggle copy in Owner Mode clarifies that fingerprint and face unlock are disabled with no bypass.
